1. How do I check my order status?

You will receive an email from DNA Life e-shop regarding your order status.

2. What if I need a quote or quotation before I purchase items from your website?

Our website lets you generate a quotation instantly. Just select the products you wish to purchase and add them to cart. From the checkout page, look for and select "Request for a quotation" then click “Place order”. You will then receive an email notification.

Once you are ready to make the purchase, just reply to the email notification. You may also contact us at +65 8113 2611.

3. How do I check if my artwork is suitable for printing?

 Your artwork is suitable for printing if:

  1. The artwork has a bleed added according to the print template.
  2. Important text and images are within the safe area
  3. File resolution is at a minimum of 150dpi.
  4. The fonts and image links folder are outlined and embedded into the document, or are provided in individual link form.
  5. Colour mode/format should be RGB. Special pantone colour requests should be provided by the customer.
  6. PDF preview must be provided by the customer.

4. Where do I self-collect?

You may collect your order at:
55 Ubi Ave 1, #04-09 Ubi 55, Singapore 408935.

During these times:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm

Please provide us with your proof of purchase upon self-collection. A printed or digital copy of our acknowledgement of your payment will do. 

Self-collection orders will be kept for 30 days upon sending of the pick-up notification email. If the order has not been collected after 30 days, it will be disposed of.

5. Do I need an account to make an order?

Yes, you will need an account to place an order and to receive notifications on your order status. We will inform you when your order is placed successfully or if there are any problems we may encounter when processing your order. 

To create an account, simply click the account icon on the top right corner of the website.

6. I’m unable to log in with my email, but I’ve registered before.

Kindly double check your credentials to rule out typographical errors and misspelled or outdated account details. 

The following notification will appear on screen once you have successfully logged in.

7. I need a new design. How can I make a request?

First choose a product you wanted to order. On the product page you can choose the size and quantity. Below you can see the “Drop your file here” button where you can upload all the requirements.

Requirements for file uploads are as follows:
Brief File (jpeg, docx., xlsx., pptx., pdf)

8. I am having difficulties uploading my file. What should I do?

Some common problems with file uploads are:

1. Incorrect file size
The maximum file size for artworks is 15mb. If possible, kindly resize accordingly to be able to reupload without any problems.
Not sure how to resize? You have an option to put the download link on the “Insert download link if the file exceeds 15MB” box.

2. Incorrect file type 
We only accept these file formats as well: .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .psd, .tiff, .zip, .png and excel file. Kindly make sure to follow the correct file format.

9. What if I have a display/POSM requirement which is not listed in your site?

Contact us at +65 8113 2611, and let us discuss. You may click the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right corner of the website and we’ll direct you to our customer service.

10. Are the sizes of the display options fixed? What if the size I have is not in your category?

We offer customisation options for our products. For customised sizes, you may put in under the product details page, and click on the “Contact Us for Customised Size” button to send in your request.
