Project Overview
Royce’ Chocolate was approached by DNA Life to be a Pop-Out Store participant in the inaugural Christmas Village events.
We were turned down five times due to lack of manpower, stringent fridge requirements to store the chocolates, high standard of festive wrapping and the need to guard the brand equity.
DNA Life noted down each of the requirements and met their needs, including learning their intricate festive packaging, which finally led to us wooing Royce over with the impressive pop-out store design we came up with that reflects their brand equity. Finally, our persistence paid off.
From concept design to fabrication, DNA Life met their client’s requirements and successfully manned the retail operations of Royce’ Chocolate at two of our Christmas Village locations.
The sales from the two villages met the expectations of Royce’, leading to a new avenue of revenue for them that has never existed before.
